MX Route – Quick Setup Guide​

1. Domain Setup​

1. Log into DirectAdmin
2. Navigate to “Domain Setup”
3. Add your domain (If you did not enter the domain on our order form)
4. Configure MX records

2. Email Account Creation​

1. Go to “Email Accounts”
2. Click “Create Account”
3. Set username and password
4. Configure quotas if needed

3. DNS Configuration​

Ensure these records are set in your DNS:

MX  mail.mxroute.com  Priority: 10
TXT v=spf1 include:mxroute.com ~all

4. Email Client Setup​

Common Settings:​

• Incoming Server: mail.mxroute.com
• IMAP Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
• SMTP Port: 465 (SSL/TLS)
• Username: full email address
